Absolutely no prom, graduation, or other large parties or events are permitted. The maximum number of house guests must equal the maximum number of sleeping accommodations our home allows for 8 guests. A noise detector has been installed in the house to notify you if the sound has reached a level that could disturb the neighbors. City of Bradenton quiet hours are 10PM-7AM, during those hours noise must be kept below 65 db. There is a Ring camera at the front door. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
