Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight. The number of vehicles on the property should never exceed 3 per reservation. Late check-outs are not permitted and are susceptible to incurring a late check-out fee of $350. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property.
