Also, keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere (inside or outside) on the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Up to 2 cars may park between the driveway and the street. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules. Please wipe shoes at the door and remove shoes indoors when possible. No fireworks of any kind. No firearms on property, unless kept locked in vehicle.
