The 5 sparkling full baths come with updated fixtures and plenty of towels. The fully equipped kitchen boasts modern appliances, abundant cookware, and a coffee bar set-up. The open-concept living and dining areas include a large dining table, streaming-ready Smart TV, and natural light throughout. Outdoor living is enhanced with a screened pool, lounge chairs, shaded lanai, propane grill, and an al fresco dining area. Extras include a washer/dryer, dedicated workspace for remote work, and high-speed Wi-Fi. Pets are welcome with a fee of $100 per pet per stay for up to 30 days. Free driveway parking is available for up to 4 vehicles. Permits for professional video or photography can be requested for an additional fee. Clearwater Beach is a 45-minute drive, and local restaurants, coffee shops, and everyday conveniences are just minutes away. Your stay is completely private, but our trusted partner is just a message or call away if you need anything. Quiet hours are from 8 PM to 8 AM in this residential community. No smoking or vaping is allowed inside the home, and a designated outdoor smoking area is located 15 feet away from the property. Smoking violations or evidence of indoor smoke smell will result in a minimum $250 remediation fee. No parties or events are allowed, and noise levels must remain below 80 decibels at all times. Guests will receive automated text notifications for noise violations. Upon booking, you will receive a link to our secure Guest Check-In Form, which must be fully completed prior to check-in to receive the door code and check-in instructions. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 10 AM. Parking on grass or lawns is strictly prohibited, and only designated parking areas should be used. Unfortunately, cats are not accepted in this home due to severe allergies. A maximum of two house-trained, groomed pets are allowed with prior notification.
