Free parking is available to guests, with a carport offering 2 covered spaces and plenty of space on the property. A fully equipped laundry room with a washer and dryer is available for your use. We welcome house-trained pets with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet, with a maximum of 2 pets per stay. We do not allow parties or large unauthorized gatherings of any sort on our property. Only registered guests are allowed, and violations are subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 10 AM. A noise alert device is installed to comply with local noise ordinances and prevent unauthorized parties, ensuring your privacy as it does not record or store sound data. The fireplace is currently inoperable. Smoking of any type is not allowed, with violations subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Pets should be discussed in advance, and we only allow house-trained pets, asking to keep them off beds and furniture. Pet cleaning fees apply. Small low-key gatherings are allowed only upon request and approval in advance.
