The living room exudes an atmosphere of comfort and relaxation with high ceilings, natural sunlight, comfortable couches, coffee tables, a flat-screen TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a pool table. The bathrooms are designed for pampering and relaxation and feature elegant glass walk-in showers and pristine bathroom vanities. A laundry room has a washer and dryer available for your use should you wish to refresh your clothing during your stay. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet (maximum of 2 pets per stay). An additional nightly rate will be applied for each guest exceeding six. Located in the Dallas-Fort Worth metropolitan area, Quinlan is a quiet, rural city situated just five miles west of Lake Tawakoni. Quinlan is known for its friendly suburban environment, rural charm, and diverse landscape. Lake Tawakoni, known as The Catfish Capital of Texas, is a beautiful lake covering a massive 37,000 surface acres where visitors can find an abundance of catfish, largemouth bass, crappie, white bass, striped and hybrid bass. Lake Tawakoni State Park is known for excellent fishing opportunities and also offers many outdoor activities such as hiking, picnicking, and camping. There are also many local community events such as Fireworks in the Park, National Night Out, and Harvest Quinfest, as well as local shops, restaurants, and historic buildings to explore and discover! Smoking of any type is not allowed and violations are subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Check-in time is 4pm and check-out time is 10am. Only registered guests will be allowed on the property. A noise alert device is installed in this home to measure decibels and send alerts in case reasonable noise levels are exceeded.
