We welcome furry friends with a pet fee and a $150 security deposit. Please note that only one house-trained dog under 50 lbs is allowed, and prior written notification and approval are required. Free parking is available for up to three cars in front of the building. The property is professionally cleaned and sanitized between guests, and we ask that you respect the neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum during quiet hours. No smoking, drugs, or parties are allowed on the property, and any violations may result in termination of your reservation without a refund. Please follow additional guidelines posted within the home and report any damages immediately. The condo is equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi, making it easy to stay connected during your stay. A laptop computer is not included, but you'll find a comfortable space to work if needed.
