Pets are welcome with a written notification from the guest and host approval. This apartment allows up to one house-trained dog (less than 50 lbs) for a pet fee. Located in the heart of Kissimmee, this gated, master-planned resort community offers convenient transport links, health services, and everyday essentials. You'll be nestled near Walt Disney World, SeaWorld Orlando, and Universal Studios, all within a short 12-30 minute drive. Local dining and shopping are just a couple of miles away. The community clubhouse provides a swimming pool, full-service restaurant, tiki bar, sand volleyball, and mini-golf. Check-out time is 10 AM; late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. This is a self-catering home, with initial supplies provided including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, hand soap, detergent pods for up to two loads, a paper towel roll, trash bags, dishwashing detergent, a sponge, a coffee maker, salt, pepper, and cooking oil; coffee is not included. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. The maximum occupancy is 8 guests. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. The number of vehicles on property should never exceed three per reservation. Guests are asked to wipe shoes at the door and preferably remove them indoors. Respect the neighbors and keep excessive noise to a minimum during quiet hours. No fireworks or firearms are allowed on property, unless firearms are kept locked in a vehicle. Guests must take out the trash and dispose of it properly upon departure and report damages immediately. The host reserves the right to terminate a reservation without refund and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules.
