Storey Lake Resort is a gated master-planned resort community that offers convenient access to fine-dining restaurants, spas, health centers, clinics, local transport stations, and shopping destinations all within a short drive. The community clubhouse offers a community swimming pool, full-service restaurant, tiki bar, splash pad, sand volleyball, and mini-golf. Disney World is a 20 to 25-minute drive, SeaWorld is 20 minutes away, and Universal Studios is 25 to 30 minutes away. Check-out time is 10 am. A fee of up to $300 may be incurred in the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time. A written notification from the guest and approval by the host is required to welcome a house-trained dog (less than 50 lbs), and a pet fee is required. It's important to note that any mess and/or pet waste is expected to be cleaned, picked up, and disposed of properly. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. This apartment can accommodate a maximum of 8 guests at any given time. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. No third-party bookings are allowed, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. The number of vehicles on the property should never exceed 3 per reservation. Up to 3 cars may park in available parking spaces in front of the building. Please respect the neighbors and keep excessive noise to a minimum during the quiet hours. No fireworks of any kind are allowed. No firearms are allowed on the property, unless kept locked in a vehicle. The partner reserves the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules.
