Guests booking a stay between 30-59 days will have a $500 monthly utility cap on water, sewer, trash, electric, and gas. Exceeding this cap by more than $25 will require reimbursement. For stays of 60 days or more, guests are responsible for utility usage except for Wi-Fi and security system. The house is located in a wooded area, so it's common to see wildlife. We ensure thorough cleaning before each guest's arrival. Street parking is free during the day until 10:00 p.m., after which cars should be moved to the driveway or garage to avoid tickets. No more than four cars are allowed. Smoking is prohibited inside the home, and cigarette butts must be disposed of properly to avoid a litter fee. Snow removal is provided only for accumulations over a few inches, and lawn maintenance is taken care of during spring, summer, and fall.
