Clean up after your pet and do not use “piddle-pads” inside the house. From March–October, the fireplace is not to be used. From November–February, ensure all embers are completely extinguished before leaving the fireplace unattended. Clean the fireplace (remove all ash) before checking out. Guests must provide their own wood for the fireplace, and wood stored on the side of the house is not for guest use. A $100 fee applies for missing the 11 AM check-out time. Vehicles parked on the property must be in good condition and free of oil leaks. If a vehicle is found to be dripping oil on the property, a cleaning fee will be charged to cover the cost of removing stains and restoring the area.
