The building does not have a ski lift, but it is conveniently located next to the slopes. A complimentary shuttle operates on demand to nearby Sugar Ski. On-site parking is only available when the shuttle is not operating. During winter months, 4WD or AWD vehicles are mandatory for accessing Grousemoor Road leading up to Sugartop, enforced by the Sugar Mountain Police Department.
