The stylish dining area has a restaurant-like feel with a dining table with seating for eight, place settings, and dining utensils. Each bedroom has been carefully furnished with plush mattresses and convenient nightstands.
Free parking is available to guests in the double garage, on the neighborhood streets, and on the driveway. A laundry room has a washer and dryer available for your use. House-trained pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet (maximum of 2 pets per stay). An additional nightly rate of $29 per night will be applied for each guest exceeding six.

The Dallas / Fort Worth (DFW) International Airport is conveniently located 15 miles southwest of Corinth, which is approximately a 20-minute drive. Corinth has excellent highway access and is located on I-35E with FM 2181 (Swisher Road) providing east-west access so you can easily make your way into Dallas should you choose! Nearby attractions include Old Alton Bridge, Corinth Community Park, and Lake Lewisville. For those interested in exploring Dallas, some noteworthy attractions include the ICR Discovery Center for Science & Earth History, Mandalay Canal Walk at Las Colinas, Six Flags Over Texas, and AT&T Stadium.
Smoking of any type is not allowed, and violations are subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. Only registered guests are allowed on the property. The fireplace is gas operated and should only be used by those familiar with its proper use, and should not be left unattended. There is a noise alert device installed in the home to comply with local noise ordinances and occupancy regulations, and prevent unauthorized parties. The device only measures decibels and sends alerts in case reasonable noise levels are exceeded.
