Step inside this warm and welcoming cottage where you’ll be surrounded by heritage features and classic workmanship. The bright, open living space features plush sofas and a big-screen smart TV with complimentary Netflix. The galley-style kitchen comes fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, a freestanding oven and cooktop, a built-in microwave, a coffee machine, and a dishwasher. Off the kitchen is the sun-filled sitting room with a sofa, a second TV, and a little laundry nook. From here you can step out onto the rear patio and soak up the sun while overlooking the yard.
One dog under 50 lbs is permitted for a fee of $100. The dog must be up to date on vaccinations and fully potty trained/kenneled. No puppies under 1 year.
You will never find somewhere as close to the action in St. Augustine, as well as secluded and quiet, because this apartment is on a closed driveway with just a few other homes. Wander the charming streets of downtown, meandering through the historic leafy streets, stopping in for delicious bites, and enjoying the great nightlife after dark.
Quiet hours are between 9 pm and 8 am. The primary guest on the reservation must be present for the duration of the stay. If you have more guests on the premises than you have notated in your reservation, an additional fee may be charged. Any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved by hosts prior to their arrival. Guests outside of the reservation must vacate the property during quiet hours. There is an actively recording security camera installed at the front door of the home. An attempt to remove, tamper, or disconnect the internet to Ring may result in reservation being canceled and guests requested to vacate the premises. Do not move furniture, appliances, or décor from where you found it upon check-in. Outdoor furniture must be returned to its original positioning in which you found it upon check-in. Guests who stay past checkout time will be charged an additional fee of $50/hr. No vaping/smoking is allowed whatsoever on the property, including the front porch. If evidence of smoking is found, you will be subject to an additional cleaning fee. Illegal drugs are strictly prohibited, including marijuana. Renters are 100% liable for any and all property damage, caused by themselves or guests, during their stay. You are required to follow the House Rules during your stay or risk being removed from the property. Any excessive mess will result in additional cleaning fees.
