The property is located near train tracks, so train noise will be heard at times, but a white noise machine is provided for added comfort. Also, the neighborhood is more urban and may feel less polished compared to other areas of the city. Guests will share access to outdoor spaces and laundry facilities with other residents. The nightly rate includes the first 3 guests, and with each additional guest, a $19/night fee will be applied. Smoking of any type is not allowed, and violations are subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. Only registered guests will be allowed over while you are renting the property. Pets should be discussed in advance, and only house-trained pets are allowed and must be kept off beds and furniture; pet cleaning fees apply.
