The number of guests on your reservation should reflect the number of guests staying in the home. Any unauthorized guest is subject to a $150/guest penalty. Unauthorized use of extra bed/s or bedroom/s a fine of $75. Undeclared pets are subject to a $200 per stay penalty. Please respect check-in and checkout times.
