This home is equipped with central heating and air and an in-unit washer and dryer. Enjoy a dip in the massive hot tub/swim spa, heated and available for your enjoyment all year round. Off-street parking is available for one vehicle. Guests are welcome to bring their mobile EV charger with a NEMA 14-50 adapter to plug in during your stay. Pet fee applies. No smoking is allowed indoors and a cleaning fee applies for violations. No parties or events are allowed. Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Guests must bring their own EV charger and adapter. There are exterior-facing security cameras on-site. Guests are fully responsible for any damage, excessive cleaning, or disturbances caused by their pets during their stay. Any evidence of smoking will be automatically billed an additional cleaning fee. Reservations booked through certain platforms where credit card payments are processed by the trusted partner will be subject to a separate 3.5% processing fee. The processing fee is unfortunately non-refundable in the event of a cancellation. All guests will be required to upload a valid photo ID (drivers license, passport, government ID) and verify with a “selfie” to the partner's secure, data encrypted portal before being allowed to check in.
