Sustained noise over 80 dB for 5+ minutes triggers alerts, and repeated violations may result in fines up to $2,500 and removal. No parties or events are allowed, and only registered guests are permitted. Unauthorized guests may result in fines and cancellation without refund. Guests must select either a $500 refundable security deposit or a $22 per night nonrefundable damage waiver. Standard pet fees are $15 per night for 1 pet (capped at $195) and $25 per night for 2 pets (capped at $295). A one-time $49 large pet fee applies for one pet over 35 lbs, and $95 for two larger pets. The primary guest must be 21+, and guests under 21 may book with a one-time $49 fee.
