The space sleeps six and boasts an upscaled, fully equipped kitchen with all stainless appliances, a five-burner gas range with a pot filler faucet, double ovens, and immaculate granite countertops. Exposed wood beams grace the home. Enjoy the oversized deck with deep, comfy chairs. Fresh bed linens are supplied, and each full bathroom has a hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and washcloths for makeup removal. An initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, coffee, creamers, and sugar is provided.
Driveway space is available for two cars, and free street parking is available. Pets are welcome, with a maximum of one dog up to 50lbs. Dogs must be leashed when outside, and guests must pick up after their dog and use the provided dog bag station. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or beds and should not be left unattended unless crated. Dogs must be housebroken and use designated potty areas, avoiding neighbors' lawns. Guests should ensure their dog doesn't cause excessive noise.

Smoking is not allowed inside or within 25 feet of the property, and a $500 fee will apply if smoke of any kind is detected in the home. Glitter or confetti decorations are prohibited, and all decorations must be removed before departure. Please respect the neighbors by keeping outdoor noise levels down. Any non pre-arranged late check-outs will result in withholding of deposit. The cleaning fee does not cover excessive mess, and guests are asked to leave the space in good condition. Early check-in or late check-outs must be pre-arranged. Guests who stay 3 weeks or longer will incur an additional cleaning fee of $100. The primary guest must be 21 years or older, and photo ID information must match the information on the credit card.
