This is a non-party home, and parties, events, or large gatherings are not permitted. Evidence of a party will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without a refund. No smoking of any kind is allowed, and a $250 fee will be charged if the property smells of smoke or any evidence is found that smoking occurred inside. Quiet time hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. The maximum occupancy is ten people, and any additional guests without permission will be vacated from the property. A late check-out fee of $50 will be applied if you have not vacated the property 30 minutes after the 10 AM check-out time unless prior permission is granted. If check-out is more than two hours late, you will be charged for an additional day at the base nightly rate, but this does not allow you to stay for the additional day. Any violation of the house rules could result in immediate termination and removal from the property without a refund.
