Smoking or vaping is permitted outside as long as you clean up after yourself and keep the smoke and vapors more than 10 feet from open doorways or windows. The smoking fee starts at $500, and you will also be charged the cost of cleaning and removing the smell. Absolutely no parties are allowed in the home.
