Events and/or parties are strictly prohibited and will result in fines and immediate eviction. Please remove your shoes when indoors. The number of guests on your reservation should reflect the number of guests staying in the home. Any unauthorized guest is subject to a $150 per guest penalty. Unauthorized use of extra beds or bedrooms will result in a fine of $75. Please respect check-in and checkout times; any unauthorized early check-in or late check-out is subject to a $75 fee. A lost, missing, or otherwise unreturned key is subject to a $100 fee. Missing remotes will incur a $50 fee. Violation of house rules may result in eviction and/or monetary fine. Please do not have any mail or packages delivered to the home. Spring through Fall is the sugar ant season throughout the Pacific Northwest; please store items accordingly and clean thoroughly after cooking and eating, and dispose of food waste promptly.
