The fourth and fifth bedrooms will be opened for groups of 8+ and 10+ guests respectively. The pool and hot tub are professionally serviced twice a week during the summer months and once a week during the rest of the year. The pool and kiddie pool are not heated. Unregistered guests are not allowed, and any violation of house rules can result in the cancellation of the reservation with no refund and loss of any security deposit. All cars must be parked in the property’s garage or driveway, as street parking is strictly forbidden.
