This home features two living areas with cozy seating, a fully stocked kitchen, a ping pong table, and large windows with sweeping views of the Ozark Mountains and the lake. Enjoy the hot tub, screened-in patio with cozy seating and a Smart TV, and a raised furnished patio with a dining table and a grill. A washer and dryer are available for guest use. This property only allows dogs, with a maximum of 3, and requires a fee of $90 per dog to be paid prior to your stay. Per Bella Vista POA rules, renters must complete a guest card listing each guest’s name in order to access amenities. A $30 processing fee is associated with this pass, and it must be paid prior to your arrival. Please note that while the pass grants access to most recreational facilities, it is not an all-access free ticket. Amenities such as pools, lakes, fitness centers, tennis, golf, etc., still require payment of applicable usage fees. Dogs discovered at the property without prior notice or cats discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour.
