A late check-out without authorization will incur a night-rate cost penalty. Parties are fully prohibited, with quiet time from 10 PM to 6 AM. There is a $300 penalty for smoking on the property, which will also result in dismissal from your rental without a refund. A $250 penalty applies if noise levels, parties, or other obscene behavior require a police callout, also resulting in dismissal without a refund. A $100 penalty will be charged for leaving trash outside the entrance. Please avoid throwing trash or paper towels in the toilet to prevent clogging. Damage to the interior or common areas will result in a pro-rated auto-chargeback from your booking account. Upon checkout, please turn off the lights, A/C unit, water, and gas/stove, and lock the door behind you. Penalties will be automatically withdrawn from your booking account.
