All bedrooms feature comfy beds for a restful night's sleep. Enjoy lounging in the backyard or head downtown, which is only 15 minutes away. Guests will enter the house through a digital keypad, with a few stairs leading to the main entrance. Inside, you'll find a living room with a decorative fireplace. On the right side of the living room, there is a bedroom with a private bathroom. Off the living room, there is a dining room and a kitchen. If you violate quiet hours and disturb the neighbors, your reservation will be canceled, and you will be required to leave the property immediately without a refund. Smoking is prohibited, and if any signs of smoking are found, a $500 damage charge will be incurred. Parties are not allowed, and any damage to the home or its furnishings during your stay will be your responsibility. Trash must be bagged and placed in the bins provided, with a $100 charge for third-party trash removal if excessive trash is left.
