The building is also accessible to the Gardiner Expressway for easy access to the highway. Toilet paper, garbage bags, and basic toiletries will be provided at the beginning of the stay. It will then be the guest's responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay. Amenities are only accessible for guests staying over 28 days as per the building policy. The elevators might be slower than usual due to other rentals in the building. There is a strict no-smoking and no-party policy at the property. Violations of these policies will result in a $1000 fine respectively.
