A fine of $500 will be imposed for any signs of smoking. Noise monitors are installed to measure noise levels in decibels, and tampering with them will incur a fee. Security cameras are in the hallways for security. Early check-in/check-out may be accommodated at a fee of $25 per hour, subject to availability. A $500 late check-out fee will apply if not arranged in advance. Lost or unreturned keys will incur a fee of $80 for key replacements and $150 for key fob replacements.
