This suite offers a homey vibe and true comfort. This suite features a large living room with a reading nook, a 58" smart TV with Netflix, and a mini library with board games. The fully equipped kitchen includes a 4-burner stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher with pods, coffee maker, toaster, blender, and a dining table for four. Complimentary items include tea, coffee, water, and paper towels. A washer and dryer are available for your convenience. Also includes central AC and heat. Optional upgrades include a National Park entry, welcome basket, birthday decor package, romantic wine and flower package, spa at home package, movie night upgrade, Christmas tree and decor, Halloween decor and pumpkin carving package, winter cozy package, beer tasting kit, diffuser and aroma set, additional bedding and sleeping arrangements, grocery pre-stocking service, and a pet-friendly package, all subject to availability. This suite is steps from the lake and offers easy access to many local attractions. It's a 7-minute drive to Chestermere Lake, a 9-minute drive to John Peake Park, an 8-minute drive to Chestermere Recreation Centre and Anniversary Park, a 12-minute drive to East Hills Shopping Centre, a 15-minute drive to Elliston Park, a 22-minute drive to Calgary Zoo and TELUS Spark Science Centre, and a 25-minute drive to Downtown Calgary and Calgary Stampede & Saddledome. Easy highway access is available with a 5-minute drive to Trans-Canada Highway and a 12-minute drive to Stoney Trail. Safeway is a 5-minute drive, and Costco and Walmart are a 10-minute drive. This is a basement suite, and while we strive for a peaceful stay, there may be some noise from potential upstairs tenants. A $250 CAD fine will be charged if smoking occurs with the migration of smoke or smell of smoke from our unit. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am. One noise complaint is a warning, and the second complaint is an eviction. Keep noise under 85db, as we have a noise detector. The unit is thoroughly inspected and tested before your arrival to ensure everything is in working order. Any damaged linens, towels, utilities, or equipment upon check-out will be subject to fees. Guests must follow all municipal guidelines for garbage, recycling, and compost. Loose or improperly disposed waste may result in a $120 excessive pickup fee, and failure to sort waste will result in a $100 fee. Guests are responsible for any additional third-party disposal charges. We are not liable for any fees, fines, or towing related to parking. If items are left behind after a stay, the guest will need to arrange with the host to collect them within 14 days of the guest's checkout date. If shipping is required, a fee of $50 plus postage will be charged prior to the items being shipped. Do not try to fix or troubleshoot any issues with plumbing, appliances, or electrical.
