The property is professionally sprayed for pests, but guests are advised to pack sunscreen and bug spray. Grills are propane grills, and propane is provided by the guests; the propane tank cannot be guaranteed to be full upon arrival. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. The maximum number of guests allowed is 11. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise. The number of vehicles on the property should never exceed two per reservation, with up to two cars allowed to park in front of the property on the street. It is preferred that shoes are removed indoors. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors by being considerate while socializing outdoors after 10pm and before 8am, and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks of any kind are allowed. No firearms on property, unless kept locked in a vehicle. Follow additional guidelines posted within the home. Please take out the trash and dispose of it properly per instructions upon departure. Report damages immediately. The host reserves the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any house rules. Check-out time is 10:00 AM.
