Step out of the slider door from the kitchen onto the patio oasis, painstakingly restored and beautifully maintained by the homeowners, where you will find comfortable seating for six to dine outside morning, noon, or night. Don't forget the gas grill for a family barbecue! To make your stay even more enjoyable and hassle-free, we offer optional super light, durable backpack-style beach chairs and custom golf carts, which are rentable on your Guest Portal provided at the time of booking. Located in the Deerfield neighborhood of Surfside, you'll be right in the middle of all the action Surfside Beach has to offer, without all the noise when you want to get away. Just 15 minutes north, you'll find Myrtle Beach with all its attractions, and 15 minutes south will bring you to fabulous Murrells Inlet and the Marsh Walk, Huntington Beach State Park, and Brookgreen Gardens. Check-in is from 4:00-10:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. The property is non-smoking, and pets are not permitted. By state law, occupancy may not exceed seven, including infants and children. Quiet hours are between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM as per Surfside Beach ordinance. Please ensure you are attending the gas grill at all times during usage, and all garbage should be firmly secured in bags and placed in the trash can outside.
