Guests can enjoy all of the excitement that Ocean City has to offer. The property is an easy walk to the many stores and restaurants along Asbury Ave and the rest of downtown. The world famous beach and boardwalk is just a few blocks further. The Atlantic City International Airport (ACY) is approximately a 1-hour drive away. Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am. Guests must be respectful of neighbors, other guests, and the overall community at all times. Any disturbance incident that results in police involvement may result in the immediate termination of a reservation and removal from the rental without refund or warning. There is a zero tolerance policy. All properties are absolutely no smoking of any kind, including cigarettes, cannabis, vapes/e-cigs, etc. You may smoke outside and well away from any doors or windows, and must clean up any debris (do not throw butts on the ground). Any evidence of smoking will be automatically billed an additional cleaning fee. Guests are fully responsible for any damage, excessive cleaning, or disturbances caused by their pets during their stay. By bringing a pet onto the property, you agree to assume all liability for your pet's behavior and to indemnify and hold harmless the property owner and management from any claims or damages arising from your pet.
