Any additional guests over the amount specified in the reservation (or pre-approved by the hosts) will result in a $75 fee per person. Failing to vacate the property by the posted/agreed upon checkout time will result in a $60 per hour (pro rated) late checkout fee. Smoking indoors will result in an additional fee of $250. Vomit/bodily fluid or waste, illegal drug paraphernalia, will result in a $250 fee. Glitter or confetti will result in a $200 fee. Unauthorized pets will result in a $200 fee per pet. Dirty dishes will result in a $50 fee. Missing towels will result in a $20 fee per towel. Pets must not be left alone during your stay, you must pick up after your pet in the yard, and they are not allowed on furniture or beds. Evidence of pets on the furniture or beds will incur additional cleaning fees. No noise complaints due to pets from neighbors. No parties or events are allowed. Quiet hours must be maintained between 10pm-8am.
