The neighborhood sits in a convenient spot for travelers, only a short drive from Norfolk International Airport, Downtown Norfolk, and Naval Station Norfolk, making it ideal for both leisure stays and extended work assignments. Additional fees will apply for the following: smoking indoors ($250), vomit/bodily fluid or waste ($250), illegal drug paraphernalia ($250), glitter or confetti ($200), unauthorized pets ($200 per pet), and dirty dishes ($50). A missing towel will incur a charge of $20 per towel. Pets must not be left alone during your stay, you must pick up after your pet in the yard, and they are not allowed on furniture or beds. Evidence of pets on the furniture or beds will incur additional cleaning fees. Quiet hours must be maintained between 10 pm and 8 am.
