This is a basement suite, and there may be some noise from potential upstairs tenants. There is a $250 CAD fine if smoking with the migration of smoke or smell of smoke from our unit following by law and fine policy. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am, and noise must be kept under 85db. One complaint is a warning, and the second complaint is an eviction. A simple pre-arrival form, agreement, and ID verification may be required before check-in. Unauthorized late check-outs will incur a fee of $50 for the first hour, followed by $35 for each additional 30 minutes.
