If you plan to stay with pets, please confirm the opportunity prior to booking; there is a pet fee of $10 per night for one pet. The condominium building is a 15-minute walk from CN Tower and under a 20-minute walk from Yonge&Dundas Square, making it the best area for business travelers as well as for sightseeing. The unit is equipped with video surveillance to the front door only and a noise detector (no cameras are inside the unit). The front door will be checked for the number of guests as well as the noise level to avoid any type of parties. If the alarm is triggered and we discover the smell of any type of smoke, the partner has the right to cancel your reservation immediately and charge you $150 for a service call and $200 for cleaning fees. Pets are allowed with a fee of $10 per pet per night.
