The single bedroom has a queen-size bed and is next to the bathroom which is equipped with a shower/tub combo and a washer/dryer combo. Enjoy the air conditioning in the summer months. The living room and bedroom are each equipped with ceiling fans and cove (radiant) heating for the winter. The bathroom has in-floor heating under the tile for those cold winter mornings. Tetonia is the perfect basecamp for your vacation needs as it is a gateway to Jackson Hole (52 miles), Grand Teton National Park (55 miles), and Yellowstone Park (92 miles). "Cliff’s Teton Retreat" is located only a short 9 mile drive to Driggs and 18 miles from Victor. Between the two towns you will find great shops, restaurants, cafes, breweries, a distillery and even a cidery. There are 3 different Golf Courses in the Teton Valley and for skiers, "Cliff’s" is only 12 miles from Grand Targhee ski resort! Access can be challenging during heavy snowstorms. If you're experienced with mountain driving and have a four-wheel-drive vehicle, it’s no problem at all. However, if you're not comfortable with winter conditions or only have all-wheel-drive or front-wheel-drive, considering other accommodations is recommended. This home is not appropriate for children under the age of 13. Quiet Hours are from 9 pm to 8 am – please be respectful to our neighbors. No events are allowed including parties, large gatherings, and weddings. Smoking or vaping is prohibited in the home or on the decks, and if any butts are found on the property, an additional charge will be applied. No pets, events, parties, or loud music are allowed. Fines will apply for violations including but not limited to: leaving garbage in house or litter on grounds, failure to disclose or clean up after pets, smoking in house or garage, failure to follow house rules and respect posted signs, failure to follow check-out procedure, mistreatment of hot tub, or violations of local laws. A minimum $500 fine will be applied for smoking/vaping/marijuana in the house, violation of house rules, posted signs, laws, or failure to vacate at check-out time.
