The Lobster Trap has 1 parking spot located directly in front of the suite on the 301 Portsmouth Ave side of the building. If you have more than 1 vehicle, you will need to find parking in an alternative lot for the second vehicle. There are paid parking lots around the boardwalk or there is the Hampton Park & Ride that allows free overnight parking. Just a short stroll across the bridge, you’ll find the lively Hampton Beach boardwalk, brimming with delicious dining options, exciting entertainment, and classic seaside charm. With beaches all around, you’re never far from sun, surf, and sand. Quiet hours are between 9 pm and 8 am. Guests should not leave the apartment in a state that requires excessive or deep cleaning (dirty dishes, soiled floors). Guests should put their trash in designated trash receptacles and be mindful of excessive amounts of trash. Where guests cause damage that is beyond normal wear and tear, guests are expected to inform the host of the damage as soon as possible and work with the host to find a reasonable solution. Guests are expected to pay a reasonable request for reimbursement if they’re responsible for damage, missing items, or unexpected cleaning costs. Disruptive gatherings are prohibited. Please lock the doors when not home and when you leave after your stay.
