Early check-in (2PM for $25 or 12PM for $50) and late check-out (12PM for $25) are available, subject to approval. You'll be steps away from the best bars, restaurants, and entertainment spots. With Tampa's free trolley just outside, you’re minutes from downtown, the Cruise Terminal, Channelside, Water Street, Amalie Arena, and Dale Mabry Stadium. Walk to Ybor’s famous dining spots or hop on the trolley for a quick trip to explore everything in Tampa. The area gets lively on weekends with bars and music, adding to Ybor’s unique vibe! On some days, music can be heard lightly from the street inside the apartment, even as late as 2AM, and vibrations can be felt. Smoking will result in a $500 fine. Absolutely no parties are allowed; violations will result in a $1,000 fine and immediate eviction with no refund. Noise curfew is from 10 PM–7 AM (weekdays) and 10 PM–8 AM (weekends); penalties for violation are a complimentary warning for the first violation, a $100 fine for the second, and immediate eviction with no refund for the third. This is a residential building; staff is for tenants, not short-term guests. For questions or concerns, contact the host directly and only approach building staff/security in case of an emergency. Guests must be 21+ to book a reservation. Pet weight limit: 35 lbs. No Pitbulls. All pets must be housetrained and must not be left alone in the apartment by themselves. You are required to have a smartphone for the entire trip, as the locks for the building work through a smartphone application.
