The property is designed as a peaceful retreat, so it should not be used as a hub for outside visitors or rotating guests. Quiet hours are observed, and outdoor noise should be kept to a considerate level. Smoking is not permitted inside or within 25 feet of the property; a $500 fee applies if smoke is detected indoors. Guests are asked to report any accidents or damage. The cleaning fee covers a normal turnover, and guests are asked to leave the space in a reasonably tidy condition. Early check-in (from 8:00 a.m.) and late check-out (until 5:00 p.m.) may be available for a small fee, subject to availability. Luggage drops outside of the check-in window are not accommodated.
