There is a $300 penalty for smoking on the property and a $250 penalty if noise levels or other obscene behavior require a police callout. A $250 penalty applies for having pets in the unit and a $100 penalty for leaving trash outside the entrance. Damage to the interior or common areas will result in a pro-rated auto-chargeback from your booking account. On checkout, please turn off the lights, water, and gas/stove, and lock the door behind you. Penalties will automatically be withdrawn from your booking account. Turn off the AC when you open the door or windows to prevent it from freezing and stopping.
