A $1,000 fine per reported incident, cancellation of your booking, and police eviction will swiftly follow if contract rules are broken. If the camera is purposefully blocked/covered for any reason, a $1,000 fine will be issued. Any stains, odors (from smoke or otherwise), or damages to furniture/appliances will result in the guest being responsible for the bill.
