We welcome one house-trained dog with prior written notification and approval, subject to a pet fee and up to $150 security deposit. Parking is available for up to 2 cars in the driveway, with additional parking options within the community. No smoking or drugs are allowed on the property, and no third-party bookings are permitted unless agreed upon in writing. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors, and report any damages immediately. Fireworks and firearms are not allowed on the property. A laptop computer is not included.
