A large living area offers space to gather, while the fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances and room to prepare meals together. The indoor dining area is designed for shared meals, board games, or quiet moments between outings. A washer and dryer are available for added convenience, along with essentials and bed linens. The home includes air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace, TV, and home safety essentials such as a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit. Families will find a Pack 'n play/travel crib, high chair, and children's dinnerware. Step outside to the private pool, where you can enjoy a refreshing dip or opt to add pool heat for $35 per day. Pets are welcome with a fee applied and subject to up to $150 security deposit. ChampionsGate offers a recreation-rich community with nearby access to Disney, Universal, SeaWorld, and shopping and dining at Posner Park. Major roads, including I-4 and Highway 27, make travel simple, whether you are heading to theme parks or exploring Central Florida. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules.
