This spacious yet cozy apartment features a full kitchen, dining area, washer and dryer, and a small patio with outdoor seating for two. The full kitchen provides space for preparing simple meals or longer-stay favorites. There is a breakfast nook within the kitchen for casual dining, along with a separate dining area where everyone can sit together. Bathroom essentials and bed linens are provided. Guests have access to shared community amenities, including a pool, gym, clubhouse, lounge, basketball court, walking and biking trails, and a grill. This apartment is pet-friendly with a one-time pet fee of $150 per pet, with a maximum of 2 pets allowed per unit, not to exceed 50lbs each. Breed restrictions apply and include any percentage, mixture or combination of Pit Bulls & Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Chows, Great Danes, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies, Wolf-hybrids and any animal known to these breeds by any other name. Service animals must adhere to the same rules and regulations concerning noise, animal conduct and waste disposal but are exempt from the above fees, weight allowances & breeds. Located in Tampa Palms, this apartment is conveniently located near popular Tampa-area attractions, including USF, MOSI, Busch Gardens Tampa, and nearby parks. It’s also a short drive from the Florida Aquarium and the Tampa Riverwalk. The apartment is located in a prime area near major freeways like I-275 and I-75 for ease of commuting and is close to shopping, dining, and entertainment like Violet Cury Preserve. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. An un-leashed pet fee is $50.00 per occurrence and pet waste pick-up is $50.00 per occurrence. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the apartment or elsewhere on the property. The maximum number of guests is 8 at any given time. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. The number of vehicles on property should never exceed (3) per reservation. Failure to bag trash properly and dispose of it in containers provided can result in fines up to $200. Due to the size of the home and to adequately prepare for next guests, late check-outs are not permitted (unless we've already coordinated in advance) and are susceptible to incurring a late check-out fee of $350. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules. Please note that in sunny Florida, with beautiful weather and greenery, come humidity and bugs. These elements are a natural & very common occurrence. It's important to note that any mess and/or pet waste is expected to be cleaned, picked up and disposed of properly. Includes Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace for remote work.
