Walk to Ybor’s famous dining spots or hop on the trolley for a quick trip to explore everything in Tampa. The area gets lively on weekends with bars and music, adding to Ybor’s unique vibe! On some days music can be heard from the street inside the apartment lightly, even as late as 2 am. It is not overbearing, but vibrations can be felt. Pet Rules: Pet weight limit: 35 lbs. No Pitbulls. All pets must be housetrained. Pets must not be left alone in the apartment by themselves. An unregistered pet fee is $100 per pet or variation to achieve up to $200. Smoking will result in a $500 fine. Absolutely no parties are allowed. Violations will result in a $1,000 fine and immediate eviction with no refund. Noise curfew: 10 PM–7 AM (weekdays) and 10 PM–8 AM (weekends). Penalties for noise curfew violation: First, a complimentary warning; second, a $100 fine; and third, immediate eviction with no refund.
