Parking is available for a maximum of two vehicles. Pets are allowed for $100 plus taxes per pet. Up to two dogs are allowed from Labor Day to Memorial Day, and only one dog is allowed from Memorial Day to Labor Day, with a maximum weight of 30 lbs per dog. Conveniently located close to shops and restaurants, this beachfront retreat combines comfort, convenience, and unforgettable views for your perfect Orange Beach getaway. For your safety and protection, some properties have cameras installed outside, but surveillance cameras are not inside any of our properties. Beach towels are not provided. From March 1st to May 1st, the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old. For same-day late check-ins, you need to get approval before booking. Smoking is prohibited in the unit/house, as well as the balcony, and any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens. The traveler must be at least 22 years of age to make a reservation. No parties or events are allowed, and violators will be charged a $500 fine.
