For stays from March 1st to May 1st, the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old. For same day late check-ins, you need to get approval before booking. No pets are allowed on the property. Smoking is prohibited in the apartment and on the balcony; any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the apartment and linens. Traveler must be at least 22 years of age to make a reservation. A state identification card or driver license copy will be requested upon booking. No parties or events are allowed; violators will be charged a $500 fine.
