Parking is available, but please park only in designated white spaces to avoid being towed. Yellow spaces are reserved, and we are not responsible for towed vehicles. We provide a starter kit of supplies, but bath towels and washcloths are not included. Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 8:00. All guests must be registered, and the full names and IDs of all guests entering the property must be provided. A damage waiver fee covers certain damages, but intentional damage, damage caused by policy violations, and damages exceeding $300 per stay are not covered. Lost FOB/access cards incur a $250 replacement fee, and replacement for lost parking tags costs $200–$300. Smoking inside incurs a $300 fine, and parties on the property incur a $300 fine.
