Smoking is not permitted within or outside of the suites, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement and may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. A $500 penalty applies for removing smoke detectors. No weapons or drugs are allowed, and violations will result in police involvement and immediate contract termination. Outside guests are not permitted without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay. Quiet hours are observed from 9 pm to 8 am. Late check-out is available for a $75/hr fee. Guests are required to provide a copy of their official government-issued photo ID, confirm contact information, pass through a verification portal, and in some instances, complete a criminal background check. The primary person booking must be at least 22 years old. A rental usage agreement must be signed prior to check-in. The unit is equipped with a smart lock for easy check-in and check-out using a personalized access code.
