Laundry is easy during longer stays thanks to the in-unit washer and dryer. Just off the living area, a small private patio offers outdoor seating for two. Guests also have access to shared community amenities, including a pool, gym, clubhouse, and outdoor grill areas. Walking and biking trails, along with a basketball court, add more ways to enjoy time outside without traveling far. This is a pet-friendly apartment and free parking is available on the premises. One-time pet fees are $150 per pet, with a maximum of 2 pets allowed per unit, not to exceed 50lbs each. Breed Restrictions Apply and includes any percentage, mixture or combination of Pit Bulls & Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Chows, Great Danes, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies, Wolf-hybrids and any animal known to these breeds by any other name. Service animals must adhere to the same rules and regulations concerning noise, animal conduct and waste disposal but are exempt from the above fees, weight allowances & breeds. An un-Leashed Pet Fee is $50.00 per occurrence and pet Waste Pick-up is $50.00 per occurrence. Grocery stores, restaurants, and major roads are close by, making it easy to explore the surrounding area or keep daily plans simple. Suburban residential streets blend with a bit of urban charm in Tampa Palms, a pristine neighborhood just 14 miles northeast of Tampa, Florida. A short drive separates you from exploring the Florida Aquarium, dining at famous restaurants, and enjoying riverfront views at Tampa Riverwalk! Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. The number of vehicles on property should never exceed (3) per reservation. Failure to bag trash properly and dispose of in containers provided can result in fines up to $200. Due to the size of the home and to adequately prepare for next guests, late check-outs are not permitted and are susceptible to incurring a late check-out fee of $350.
