Pets are welcome with a fee of $25 per pet, per night for short stays, a flat $200 fee per pet for 8–28 nights, or a flat $300 fee per pet for 29+ nights. Early check-in at 2PM or 12PM and late check-out at 12PM are available for an additional fee of $25 or $50, respectively, subject to approval. You'll be steps away from the best bars, restaurants, and entertainment spots. With Tampa's free trolley just outside, you’re minutes from downtown, the Cruise Terminal, Channelside, Water Street, Amalie Arena, and Dale Mabry Stadium. Walk to Ybor’s famous dining spots or hop on the trolley for a quick trip to explore everything in Tampa. This building features coworking areas. Minut Noise Detectors are located in the apartment and monitor noise levels, and surveillance cameras monitor common areas (not inside the apartment). The area gets lively on weekends with bars and music, adding to Ybor’s unique vibe, and on some days music can be heard from the street inside the apartment lightly, even as late as 2AM. Pet Rules: Pet weight limit: 35 lbs, no Pitbulls, all pets must be housetrained, and pets must not be left alone in the apartment by themselves. Smoking will result in a $500 fine. Absolutely no parties are allowed; violations will result in a $1,000 fine and immediate eviction with no refund. Noise curfew is 10 PM–7 AM (weekdays) and 10 PM–8 AM (weekends); penalties for violation: First: Complimentary warning, Second: $100 fine, Third: Immediate eviction with no refund. This is a residential building; staff is for tenants, not short-term guests. For questions or concerns, contact the host directly. Only approach building staff/security in case of an emergency. Guests must be 21+ to book a reservation. You are required to have a smartphone for the entire trip, as the locks for the building work through a smartphone application. Must load and start dishwasher with all dirty dishes and/or cookware. Please dump food waste in the garbage—not in the sink disposal. Place all trash in trash can or dispose of it in the trash shoot. No entry for unregistered guests or those not on the reservation. Amenities outside of the apartment are managed by the building and are subject to maintenance outside of our control.
