The studio features a queen-size bed, a futon that converts into a comfortable full-size bed, and a sofa bed. The kitchen is stocked with a 4-burner stove and oven, microwave and refrigerator, pots, pans, dishes and utensils, and a coffee maker and toaster. The private bathroom includes fresh towels, toiletries, and a shower. Relax in the cozy living area with a TV and a dining table. For remote workers, the studio includes a comfortable workspace.
Parking is conveniently located on the left side of the property, with two spaces arranged one behind the other. The payment covers utilities, high-speed Wi-Fi, regular maintenance, and pest control. A maximum of two pets are allowed for a fee of $60 (less than 100 lbs) or $250 (1+ month stay) for extra cleaning and bedding changes. Please bring pet bedding.

A security camera is installed outside near the entrance for everyone’s safety. It does not record inside the home and complies with privacy policies. Please don’t unplug or tamper with it during your stay. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Max occupancy is 5 guests, all listed in pre-arrival form. Dispose of food waste properly and keep the kitchen clean and tidy. Report damages before checkout; charges may apply. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please keep noise to a minimum.
